Our general tolerances for metal machining of Fabrication is DIN-2768-1-fine and for plastics, DIN-2768-1-medium. Tolerances are greatly affected by part geometry and type of material. Our project managers will consult with you on every part of your project and will seek to provide the highest degree of precision possible.

Many of our customers supply their own drawings, but if you don’t have your own, we can take your ideas and turn them into parts using our in house CAD/CAM capabilities.

1. Productivity – Today’s Reeti machining workshop have more than 30 sets precision milling machines/work in two shift，to cnc machining at least 5000PCS parts per day. Our multi-tasking machine tools create cost efficient small parts in both large and small volumes.
2. CAD/CAM capability – Many parts of the milling production process, from the creation of tooling to the finished output of our CNC machining centers, are guided by an ERP CAD/CAM system that assures precise reproduction of intricate geometries.

Versatility – The Reeti portfolio（3/4/5 axis） of CNC milling services include components made of many CNC material types; including stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass and other metals and plastics, to meet the specialized needs of customers in defense, aerospace, automotive, medical, appliance, food / beverage and more.
